Payroll Reports

The Payroll report gives you a clear view of your team's hours so you can process payroll accurately and efficiently.

What the Payroll Report Shows

The Payroll report includes:

  • Employee name — Each team member who has logged time in the selected period.
  • Regular hours — Total standard hours worked.
  • Overtime hours — Hours exceeding the standard work threshold.
  • Total hours — Combined regular and overtime hours.
  • Timecard details — A breakdown of daily clock-in and clock-out times.

Generating a Payroll Report

  1. Go to Reports > Payroll.
  2. Select the date range for the pay period (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly).
  3. Optionally filter by specific employees.
  4. Click Generate Report.

The report displays a summary table with totals for each employee. You can expand individual rows to see the daily timecard breakdown.

Exporting for Payroll Processing

Click Export CSV to download the payroll data. The exported file includes all the detail you need to enter hours into your payroll system or share with your accountant.

Tips

  • Run payroll reports at the end of each pay period to stay on top of payments.
  • Review overtime hours regularly to manage labor costs.
  • If any time entries look incorrect, you can edit them from the Timesheets section before finalizing payroll.
