Track revenue, invoiced amounts, and outstanding balances across your business.
Billing Reports
The Billing report helps you stay on top of your revenue by showing what has been invoiced, what has been paid, and what is still outstanding.
What the Billing Report Shows
- Total invoiced — The total value of all invoices created in the selected period.
- Total paid — The amount that has been collected from clients.
- Outstanding balance — The amount still owed across all unpaid invoices.
- Overdue invoices — Invoices that have passed their due date without payment.
Generating a Billing Report
- Go to Reports > Billing.
- Select your date range.
- Optionally filter by client.
- Click Generate Report.
The report provides a summary at the top with key totals, followed by a detailed list of individual invoices and their payment status.
Using Billing Reports
Billing reports are useful for:
- Cash flow planning — Understand how much money you expect to receive.
- Following up on overdue invoices — Identify clients who have not yet paid.
- Revenue tracking — Monitor your business revenue over time.
- Accounting — Export the data for your bookkeeper or accounting software.
Exporting
Click Export CSV to download the billing data for use in external tools.
