Starter
Designed for small teams getting started with field service management. Includes all core features — time tracking with GPS and geofencing, work orders, client and site management, photo uploads, and basic reports. Supports up to 10 team members.
Professional
Built for growing teams that need management tools. Includes everything in Starter plus the Manager role, material tracking, time entry approvals, advanced reports, unlimited photo uploads, and priority support. Supports up to 50 team members.
Enterprise
For large organizations with 50 or more team members. Includes everything in Professional plus API access, custom integrations, SSO, custom onboarding, and a dedicated support SLA. Contact Simple Time for custom pricing.
Billing Cycles
Simple Time offers monthly and annual billing on the web. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate. You can switch between billing cycles at any time from your subscription settings.
