Simple Time has two plans. Free is for crews of up to five people and costs nothing, with no time limit. Pro is for growing teams that need more people, more capacity and more control. Both include the core product: time tracking, GPS, work orders, clients and sites, quotes and invoices.

Free
The Free plan is for small crews and costs nothing, with no time limit. It includes time tracking with GPS, work orders, client and site management, quotes, invoices and basic reports, within these limits:
- Up to 5 users. To add more, upgrade to Pro.
- 100 emails per month to your clients (quotes, invoices, payment reminders, and booking confirmations).
- 100 photo uploads per month and 1 GB of storage.
You get onto the Free plan when your free trial ends, or when a paid subscription is cancelled or ends. All your existing data comes with you — nothing is deleted, and nobody is locked out. If you reach a limit, Simple Time tells you and shows what upgrading would unlock.
If your account has more than five users when it moves to Free, the owner and the longest-standing members stay active and the rest are paused, not deleted. Paused members cannot sign in until you upgrade to Pro, and then they come back automatically. See Paused team members.
You can leave the Free plan at any time by upgrading on the Subscription page.
Pro
Built for growing teams that need management tools. Includes everything in Free plus the Manager role, time entry approvals, advanced reports, material tracking, Fill My Route, unlimited team members, unlimited photo uploads and client emails, 10 GB of storage, and priority support.

Billing Cycles
Simple Time offers monthly and annual billing on the web. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate, with 30% off your first year. You can switch between billing cycles at any time from your subscription settings.

Feature Availability During Trial
During your 14-day free trial, you have access to all Pro features. This lets you fully evaluate the platform before choosing a plan. When the trial ends you move to the Free plan automatically, or you can subscribe to keep Pro. See Free Trial for details.
