Simple Time helps you keep all your client information organized in one place. Every work order is tied to a client, so managing your client list is an important part of running your operations smoothly.
What You Can Do with Clients
- Store client details — Keep contact information, company names, and notes for every client.
- Manage job sites — Each client can have multiple sites where work is performed, complete with addresses and map locations.
- Track communications — Log emails and internal notes so your team always has context on client interactions.
- Link to work orders — See all work orders associated with a client to get a full history of the jobs you have done for them.
Getting Started with Clients
Before you can create work orders, you need at least one client in your system. You can add clients from the clients page or create them on the fly when setting up a new work order.
