Organization Setup

How to configure your organization details including company info, logo, and timezone.

Organization Setup

Your organization settings control how your company appears in Simple Time and how certain features behave. You can access these settings at any time from the settings menu.

Company Information

Set up the core details for your business:

  • Company Name — The name displayed across Simple Time, on work orders, and in client communications.
  • Company Address — Your primary business address.
  • Phone Number — A contact number for your organization.
  • Email Address — The main email used for notifications and correspondence.

Upload your company logo to personalize your Simple Time workspace. Your logo appears in the navigation bar and can be included on documents shared with clients.

For best results, use a square image in PNG or JPG format.

Timezone and Locale

Set your organization's timezone to ensure that all timestamps, schedules, and timesheet entries are displayed correctly for your region. This is especially important if your team works across different locations.

Managing Your Settings

To update your organization settings:

  1. Click on Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Select Organization.
  3. Make your changes and click Save.

Only users with the Owner or Manager role can modify organization settings.
