The dashboard is your home base in Simple Time. It gives you a real-time snapshot of what is happening across your business so you can stay informed and make quick decisions.

What You Will See

When you sign in, the dashboard shows you the most important information at a glance:

Key Metrics

At the top of the dashboard, you will find summary cards showing important numbers like active work orders, hours logged this week, and team availability. These metrics update in real time as your team works.

Recent Work Orders

A list of your most recent work orders is displayed so you can quickly check on job progress, see which orders need attention, and jump into any work order with a single click.

Team Activity

See which team members are currently clocked in, what jobs they are working on, and their recent activity. This gives you real-time visibility into your field operations without needing to call or message your crew.

Manager vs Worker Views

The dashboard adapts based on your role:

  • Managers and Owners see a broad overview of the entire team, including all active work orders, team member statuses, and organizational metrics.
  • Workers see a focused view of their own assigned work orders, their timesheet summary, and any pending tasks they need to complete.

Quick Actions

From the dashboard, you can quickly:
