Preferences
Preferences let you customize how Simple Time works for you. These settings are personal and do not affect other team members.
Available Preferences
Date Format
Choose how dates are displayed throughout the app. Options typically include formats like:
- DD/MM/YYYY
- MM/DD/YYYY
- YYYY-MM-DD
Select the format that is most familiar to you.
Notifications
Control which notifications you receive and how they are delivered:
- Email notifications — Receive updates about work order assignments, invoice payments, and team activity via email.
- Push notifications — If you use the mobile app, configure which events trigger push notifications on your device.
You can enable or disable specific notification types to reduce noise while staying informed about what matters.
Display Preferences
Additional display options may include:
- Language — Choose your preferred language for the interface.
- Units — Select miles or kilometers for distance tracking.
Updating Preferences
- Go to Settings > Preferences.
- Adjust the settings to your liking.
- Click Save.
Your preferences are applied immediately.
